Monthly VPS Check-In
To maintain the quality of service and ensure that this perk remains available to active members, a monthly check-in is required for all Free VPS users.
This check-in helps us confirm that:
- You are still active in the community
- You are still actively using your VPS instance
Instructions
Please provide the following details as shown in your VPS panel screenshot:
- Instance ID
- Hostname / IP Address
- User (Email)
That’s it — quick and simple. ✅
- You must submit this form within the first two (2) days of each month
- If you fail to check in by the 3rd day, your VPS will be temporarily suspended until you complete the check-in within the same month
- If you fail to check in for the entire month, your VPS will be permanently terminated without backup
- Invalid or non-matching information submitted will result in an immediate suspension of your service
Request a VPS
Slices are for active Pandesal members (about one month in the community), personal/school/hobby use only.
- No illegal activity, piracy, phishing, or malware.
- No commercial / for-profit hosting on community slices.
- No crypto mining or aggressive resource abuse.
- Offense ladder: warning → freeze → removal.
- Monthly check-in required on day 1–2 (Asia/Manila) — don't ghost your bread.
